Warranty

The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of two (2) years from the original invoice date. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the consumer. The manufacturer agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair any defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the consumer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on original dated sales receipt.

Additionally, "smrtcare" (our extended protection program) is available for purchase by the consumer on our website smrtft.com to add up to three (3) additional years of coverage. Smrtcare elegability is subject to approval based on submitting proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on original dated sales receipt from an authorized retailer only.

Please note, these are highly engineered mechanisms and not meant to be dropped. The consumer can simply visit smrtft.com, click the support link and upload the original purchase receipt with a legible purchase date. Our customer service team will reach out to them within 48 hours to assist with any necessary trouble shooting, replacement parts, etc.
