What Payment Methods Does SMRTFT Accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as Paypal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay. You will receive 3% discount on Bank transfer and wire.
What Items Are Non-refundable?
Wholesale purchases are non-refundable.
Do You Have A Minimum Order?
Under each SKU you will be able to see minimum quantities required.
How Long Can I Wait To Send The Wire and ACH payments After Order Is Placed?
You will have 48 hours to send the payment otherwise your order will be automatically canceled.
What Will My Total Costs Be?
We do not charge tax for wholesale orders.
How Much Tax Will I Have To Pay?
No sales tax is charged when purchasing wholesale. Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. Additionally, SMRTFT is not responsible for reporting or paying Use Tax to states.
How Do I Know If An Item Is In Stock?
All items are in stock unless it is not displayed. Please be aware that even if items are in your shopping cart, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.
Does SMRTFT Arrange Shipping or Trucking Service?
Free pick up services at any one of SMRTFT warehouses. At this time, SMRTFT does not arrange shipping.
